Transaction history is deleted 72 hours after the status changes to "Completed," and 12 hours after the transaction if the coins have not been sent. All information is permanently deleted from the servers and cannot be recovered.
We generate a one-time address specifically for you. As soon as you send the coins and the transaction is confirmed, you will receive the new coins at the address(es) provided to you.
No, we do not collect any data, including browser information or IP addresses. Additionally, for the sake of user security, we have disabled JavaScript.

We accept coins of any origin and with any AML status.
Yes, our funds are completely clean and can be deposited on any centralized exchange. The coins we issue are always exchange-grade, have absolutely no connection to you, and have an AML rate of 0–25%.
Mixing usually takes between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the number of mixes currently in progress and the available reserves. The maximum mixing time is 24 hours.
We try to replenish the reserves quickly, but they can run out just as fast.
The order ID, which you can use to track your order, is always listed in the confirmation email and on the exchange page. You can check it by clicking the "Track" button in the top right corner.
